PC Maintenance and Servicing specialists are responsible for providing technical support in a Call Centre or on-site. They maintain, support and configure PC hardware, peripheral devices (printers, scanners, etc) and help in the administration of applications.

What does the job entail?

PC Maintenance Technicians provide front-line support for customers on all common desktop applications and network platforms. They will be skilled in resolving the PC problems of commercial companies and private customers quickly and efficiently.
